^{At Thorrko our first reaction is to the context, i.e. the corporation or individual for whom the piece is being designed. For any commission our influence, excitement and originality usually come from the client. Customers tend to come to us for our style of work – usually by word of mouth because our style and originality is well known in the industry.  Developing the piece should be a rewarding experience for both the designer, and client. If you are unsure as to whether you will like the end result or not, we can assure you that you will have every opportunity to input your requests at every feasible stage.}

   ^{1st-We establish the client’s likes and dislikes, explain material options and of course, the budget. We tend to sketch as we chat so the client can get a visual idea of what is being discussed.} 

       ^{2nd-At the next meeting we present several renderings, making sure the client is sure of their decisions because of having the option to choose from a few designs. Since you have been involved in the design process there is normally no need to see the piece until it is finished.}
